New York State Office for the Aging Honors Seniors on May 6, Senior Citizens' Day
Each May as part of national Older Americans Month, NYSOFA celebrates older New Yorkers at a Senior Citizens' Day event in Albany. This year's theme, set by the Federal Administration on Community Living/Administration on Aging, is "Safe Today - Healthy Tomorrow." The honorees were chosen by their county's Office for the Aging.
