NYS Office for the Aging Adult Day Care Regulations (from Title 9 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York) Section 6654.20. While county Offices for the Aging must assure that adult day care programs they fund comply with the NYS regulations, others may find them helpful because they reflect minimum standards and identify key aspects of program implementation and operations. Any program that may be interested in pursuing county Office for the Aging financial support should be aware of these requirements:
