SECTION 504 HOME REPAIR and REHABILITATION PROGRAM
This federal program is administered by community organizations and provides very-low-interest loans to very-low-income non-elderly rural homeowners and grants to very-low-income rural older homeowners (aged 62 and over). Funds are available to improve or modernize a home, make home repairs to improve safety or sanitary conditions, or to remove health and safety hazards.
