Affordable Home Ownership (home rehabilitation) Development Program

This New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) program provides funds to municipalities, housing authorities, housing companies, and non-profit organizations to provide grants for rehabilitation and structural improvement of condominiums, cooperatives, and one-to-four-family homes. The intent is to make affordable home ownership available to low- and moderate-income homeowners, including older homeowners.
