NYS Office for the Aging Community Empowerment Toolkit
A logo was developed for the Empowering Communities for Successful Aging Conference, held in Saratoga Springs November 12-13, 2008, and has been used since to identify the ongoing work by community groups throughout the state. It may be useful to use this logo to provide a visual cue about a statewide movement. However, use of this logo in connection with any plans or activities or its appearance on any materials or website does not necessarily indicate approval or endorsement by the NYS Office for the Aging of these activities, plans, materials or website. Please contact communityempowerment@ofa.state.ny.us with any questions.
