Currently there are over 200 members from the Accounting, Legal, Trust, Insurance and Financial Planning disciplines dedicated to professional Estate Planning. Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York(External Link) - http://www.lasnny.org/Index.cfm?pagename=homepage The Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York is a non-profit law firm which provides free legal services to low-income people in Northeastern New York.

New York State Attorney General's Website(External Link) - http://www.oag.state.ny.us/home.html - has a variety of NYS-related information helpful to caregivers and families. The 'Helping Seniors' site has information on Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, Triad (a cooperative local effort among law enforcement and others to reduce criminal victimization of older citizens and enhance the delivery of law enforcement services to older people). The 'Health Care' site provides information on a Health Care Proxy (forms and instructions) and other health related information. The 'Family & Child Care' site provides information relative to children. The 'Kids' Corner' site, developed for children, helps them to learn via fun games and quizzes, about health, safety, crime, the environment, technology, and more.
